Once a plan has been purchased, you will recieve an email to gather the relevant information that we need to create your plan.
Your caloric requirements and food ratios (macros of carbs, fats and protein) calculated for your body shape and goals. You will also receive a full custom nutrition plan of what to eat, each day of the week.
This is a custom nutrition plan, taking into consideration hormonal imbalances and thyroid function. It is aimed to improve your metabolism so that you can eat more and lose more weight! It takes into consideration your goals, preferences and body established by a questionnaire sent upon purchace.
Please note plans usually take between 24-48 hours excluding Sundays/Mondays.
