Running, jogging or even walking up the Wrekin can be a challenge, but it's a rewarding for the beautiful views across and beyond Telford. I'm really proud of my client Lisa who not only took on the challenge but smashed it with moments of running, taking harder routes (which wren't actually routes) and stopping for a squat break, yes stopping to squat and then carry on again!
